چکیده
The processing parameters such as the heat treatment temperature, type of preceramic precursor, and post-synthesis treatments are key factors for development different microstructures in polymer-derived ceramics. Moreover, doping with heteroatoms has increased ability ceramics to produce tunable nanostructures a controlled pore size distributions. A precursor containing P been prepared from commercial polysiloxane polymer phosphate alkoxide. It subjected thermal N2, NH3, Cl2 atmospheres order sequences create differentiated either ceramic matrix carbon phase. structural, textural, spectroscopic characterization revealed that atoms play role evolution microstructure during treatments. If chlorination is carried out before silicophosphate formed prevents nitrogen incorporation into free On contrary, if NH3 chlorination, phase predominantly modified by within network.

متن کاملPREPARATION AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF CaCl .[OC(NH ) ]
Calcium dichloride tetra urea was prepared by the reaction of calcium chloride with urea in aqueous solution. The crystals are monoclinic, a= 7.633, b= 12.45 1, c= 8.118 ?,? = 113.17, Z = 4, space group P 2,/a. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray methods and refined to R= 0.041. The calcium atoms are coordinated to four oxygen atoms of urea and to two chloride ions....
متن کاملHighly porous S-doped carbons
Porous sulphur-doped carbons have been prepared by using polythiophene (PTh) as carbon precursor and KOH as activating agent. The activation process was carried out under several operating conditions, i. e. a KOH/PTh weight ratio of 2 or 4, and reaction temperatures in the 600-850 oC range. The porous carbons thus obtained exhibit very large apparent surface areas and high pore volumes of up to...
متن کاملRemoval of No2 on Active Carbons Obtained from Waste Tires
Introduction The production of scrap tires only in the EU, USA and Japan is around 6 million tones per year. As the associated automotive industries grow the huge quantity of waste tires presently produced in the world will certainly increase in the future [1]. Thus the disposal of scrap tires becomes a serious environmental problem. The production of activated carbons from solid wastes is one ...
متن کاملIntrinsically sulfur- and nitrogen-co-doped carbons from thiazolium salts.
Carbon materials that are intrinsically co-doped with nitrogen and sulfur heteroatoms are synthesised by facile annealing of nitrile-functionalised thiazolium salts. Extremely high degrees of doping are achieved, especially for sulfur. The method further allows for direct tuning of the amounts of both N and S, establishing a new synthetic pathway in the emerging field of S-doped carbon materials.
